This machine is a new high-speed wire spiraling machine developed, designed, and manufactured by our company. It utilizes the latest on-machine forming technology and an off-machine CNC pre-adjustment tension design. It’s full CNC control (PLC + human-machine interface + servo drive) significantly improves winding accuracy, ensuring high-quality winding at high speeds. Since product stability for wound hoses has always been a major concern in the industry, this winding machine is designed with user-friendly operation in mind. Through independent parting of the winding mold, digital automatic control of the tension, full servo closed-loop digital control, and digitalized production process control, it truly realizes a production model that digitizes both the production process and product quality. This means that product quality no longer relies on the individual skills of employees, nor does the stability of product quality rely on their sense of responsibility. By using machines to constrain humans, the stability of product quality is firmly controlled. Our company has also obtained a national patent for this product.
