In terms of cloth wrapping structure design, the machine adopts a center wrapping form. This structure not only completely breaks the loading limit of traditional models, greatly increases the single loading capacity of water cloth, and effectively reduces the frequency of downtime for reloading water cloth in the middle; on this basis, it also significantly improves the overall operating speed of the equipment. The maximum speed of the main disk can reach 600r/min. Compared with the previous generation of products, the unit time output and overall work efficiency of hard core production have been greatly improved. At the intelligent control level, the machine is equipped with a fully automated digital control system. Through precise program presets and real-time dynamic regulation, it can fully and autonomously complete the entire process of cloth wrapping and unwrapping. It not only greatly reduces the dependence on the operator’s skill level and reduces human operation errors, but also ensures that the production parameters of each batch of products are highly uniform, fundamentally improving the stability of product quality. In addition, to address the tension control problem during the water-based cloth laying process, the machine is specially equipped with a servo tension control mechanism, which can adjust the tension in real time according to the production conditions to ensure that the tension remains uniform during the laying process, effectively avoiding problems such as wrinkles and uneven texture on the product surface caused by tension fluctuations, and further optimizing the appearance smoothness and overall quality of the hard-core product.

Equipment Purpose

It is used for wrapping cloth before vulcanization and unwrapping cloth after vulcanization. Both wrapping and unwrapping of cloth can be completed with one device.
